<Rules 2000>

Rules for Non-SM stations

Dates/Times:
------------
The summer contest is in the last weekend of July and the
winter contest the first weekend of February each year.
(If Saturday and Sunday are in separate months, the contest is in that
weekend - see for example the winter contest 1998, which is January 31
and February 1).

Winter 2000:
SSB: Saturday 5 February, 0800 - 1100 UTC
{01SAT02:0800:180:SSB}
CW: Sunday 6 February, 0800 - 1100 UTC
{01SAT02+1:0800:180:CW}

Summer 2000:
SSB: Saturday 29 July, 0700 - 1000 UTC
{LASAT07:0700:180:SSB}
CW: Sunday 30 July, 0700 - 1000 UTC
{LASAT07+1:0700:180:CW}

Frequencies:
------------
SSB: 1840 - 1850, 3740 - 3790, 7040 - 7090, 14250 - 14280 Khz.
CW: 1810 - 1825, 3510 - 3550, 7010 - 7040, 14030 - 14060 Khz.

Call:
-----
SSB: "CQ FRSAMLINGSTEST"
CW: "CQ SM FG TEST"

Classes:
--------

HF Mixed for SM-stations

HF CW for SM-stations

Non-SM Mixed

Non SM CW
Non-SM stations working both parts (SSB and CW) are competing in
both classes (Non-SM Mixed and Non-SM CW).

Non-SM stations working only the SSB part are competing in the
Non-SM Mixed class.

Exchange:
---------
SM-stations give RS(T) + parish number according to the Record-Book
(i.e. D418).
Non-SM stations give RS(T) + serial number, starting with 001.

QSO-points:
-----------
SSB 1 point/QSO, CW 2 points/QSO.
However, on 160 m you score 2 points/QSO on SSB and 3 points/QSO on CW.

Non-SM stations can only work SM-stations. A station may be contacted
once per band/mode. Swedish mobile and portable stations are allowed
to change QTH (parish / frsamling) during the contest.
QSO with such a station will only give a new multiplier (NO QSO-points).

Multipliers:
------------
Every worked parish (frsamling) on each band/mode.

Final score:
------------
The total number of QSO-points multiplied by the total number of
multipliers.
For the Mixed classes it is the sum of SSB and CW points multiplied
by the sum of SSB and CW multipliers.

Non-SM stations:
----------------
We like to have you with us and hope you enjoy the contests as much as
we do. SMs are scored the same for these contacts and are also given a
multiplier for each DXCC-country, provided we get a log/checklog from
the Non-SM station.

Logs:
-----
Logs to be sent within 30 days after each contest to:

NSA
Box 25
SE-611 22 NYKPING
SWEDEN
Logs via packet to:

SK5BE@SK5UM.#FLEN.D.SWE.EU
If we dont receive your contest log, the contest QSOs are not valid
for the diploma. Checklogs are OK.

Comments:
---------
The rules may be changed - only noticed in the Swedish HAM-magazine
QTC (and also here on SM3CER Contest Service).
Contest results will be mailed to all participants.
