Part 1: 0900 - 1100 UTC 
Part 2: 1500 - 1700 UTC

Frequencies:

3.5 - 7 - 14 - 21 - 28 MHz; 
10 to 30 kHz from the lower band edges

all, once per band and period 


Exchange:

RST + QSO number (+ HSC nr. for members) 
QSO numbers consecutively, starting at 001 


Points:

1 point for own continent, 
3 points for DX QSOs (also valid for SWLs) 


Multiplier:

each DXCC / WAE country per band 


Categories:

1 - members HSC (max. 150 W rf out)
2 - non-members (max. 150 W rf out)
3 - QRP (max. 10 W in or 5 W rf out)

Note: please not later than 6 weeks after contest (postmark) to the 
Contest Manager. 

Results will be published in CQ DL, the official journal of the DARC, 
and other magazines. To get a result list, send SASE or 1 US-$ to 
the Contest Manager. Awards for winners per category.
