Note: A station can be worked only once per band

total amount of points in all bands multiplied by the sum of multipliers
in all bands

SWL:
----
same rules apply to SWL. A SWL can't log the same correspondent station in no
more than a 15% of the total QSO's logged. Once a QSO is logged none of the
related two stations can't be logged as correspondent in another QSO,
untilfive QSO's after. Non Latin-American listeners can claim 3 points per
QSO when at least one of the two listened stations is Latin-American

Log:

logs must indicate the time of station worked, control sent, control
reveived, multipliers (only first time), points. Duplicates must be clearly
shown on the log

Disqualification:

participating means contest rules are assumed. The Contest Committee will be
able to request original log to any entry, and their decissions will be final

Awards:
-------
the maximum score on every entry will be issued with award and plaque. Awards
will be granted to A and C entries with at least 75 QSO's, B and D entries
with at least 50 QSO's, and E, F and G entries with 25 QSO's or more. To be
elligible for the plaques, entries will need 100 QSO's (A and C entries), 75
QSO's (B and D), 50 QSO's (E, F and  G), as well as 4 operation hours. The
Contest Committee has the right to issue awards or special prizes to any
deserving entry
