Section A - only 70 cm  (432 MHz)
Section B - only 23 cm  (1.2 GHz)
Section C - 13 cm  (2.3 GHz) and 6 cm  (5.6 GHz)
Section D -  3 cm  (10 GHz) and higher bands

 
There is no differentiation between single and multi OP stations or between 
fixed and portable stations within the various sections. A station may 
compete in a number of sections and also win a number of prizes

Multiplicators:

70 cm band: *1 (1 point per km)
23 cm band: *1 (1 point per km)
13 cm band: *1 (1 point per km)
 6 cm band: *5 (5 points per km)
 3 cm band: *10 (10 points per km)
Bands higher than 3 cm: *20 (20 points per km)

 

Logs:
-----
Participants from Italy, Slovenia and Croatia shall submit their logs 
(including the summary sheets) to their own national contest managers or 
national societies. Logs from Austrian participants who also take part in 
the Austrian VHF championship will be submitted with a copy to OEVSV - UKW
- Referat.
After evaluation for the UKW - Meisterschaft, the logs will be forwarded to
the OE8 society. 

Participants from other countries will submit their logs, together with the 
summary sheet, directly to the sponsoring club, which for 1995 is the OE8 
society. 



Evaluation of the logs:
-----------------------
A mistake in the data of a QSO will cause it to be deleted from the list. 
Whenever the number of double QSOs exceeds 3% of the total, the log will 
be disqualified. Even if the stated ,total QRB is higher than the true value 
by 3%, the log will be disqualified. 

 

Deadline:

Logs must be received within three weeks of the contest (date of the 
postmark)

Prizes:

The OE8 society (Landesverband K{rnten) will award a prize to the best 
participant in each section of the international contest. All participants 
will receive a diploma. The award ceremony will take place during the 
ALPE - ADRIA meeting, the place and time of which will be determined later.
