RST, state/province/country and ARCI number if member. Nonmember send power
output.

Points:
-------
5 points for QSO with ARCI member. Other count 2 points for same continent
and 4 points for different continent.

Final Score:
------------
multiply QSO points by states/provinces/countries worked per band by power
multiplier (0-1 W output x 10; 1-5 W output x 7). More than 5 W output
counts as checklog. If 100% natural power, multiply final score by 2; if 100%
battery, by 1.5. Bonus points for using home-brew equipment: add 2000 points
for transmitter is used, add 3000 points for each band and home-brew reciver
is used, add 5000 points for each band and home-brew transceiver is used
(maximum of 5000 points/band onwhich QSO is made)

Team competition:

teams consisting of 2 to 5 members will be listed as individuals, and the
team score will be the total of the members' scores (team capitains must send
a list of its members to the contest manager postmarked at least one day
prior to the QSO Party)

Logs:

send summary sheet and log include description of homebrew equipment,
commercial equipment and anntennas used and indicate which equipment was used
on which bands

send logs not later than 30 days after the contest. Post seal being decisive
