NVCOMP is a special version of NVNEW. It displays the NEC geometry in a
lefthanded coordinate system, i.e., with the normal x-axis flipped about
the y-axis. It also reverses the sign of all x coordinates input from GW
cards and those generated by NVCOMP's processing of GA, GH, and GM cards.
This was all done for the sake of users who wish to think of the x-axis
as "north", the "y-axis" as east, and are doing "special things" in
creating the NEC geometry so as to make antenna patterns look right in a
lefthanded coordinate system. With this modification, the angle PHI that
NVCOMP displays is the clockwise angle that the new x-axis makes with the
"up direction" on the screen.
