We are planning on internationalizing our application software and I am
looking for info (books, etc.) or advice on the best approach.
In particular we will need to support Japanese which may cause more problems
since we then need to support multibyte characters.

What is involved in internationlizing (in particular complications with
multi-byte lanuages like kanji)?

Does moving to solaris 2.2 make it much easier to internationalize ?

How much is JLE and what if any complications are involved in using JLE
vs. standard solaris 2.2.

We also have been working with DevGuide (Sun's GUI builder) which does
not support Japanese. Are there any other GUI builders which do support
the Asian languages or is there a way to make DevGuide work ?

Thanks !!!!
