(Apologies if you've seen this before in another newsgroup.
I still hope that some kind person will send me feedback !!!!!!)

Do you know a little about 1) Object-Oriented Programming,
2) Molecular Biology Data and 3) Perl ?
Then, I need your help. I'd like to ask you to visit
http://www.techfak.uni-bielefeld.de/bcd/Tec/Bioperl/welcome.html
(or email me). I realize that there are very few
people who are knowledgable in all three areas,
so you don't need to be a guru to send feedback
on the now revised "Proposal for Perl5 Objects for Sequences,
Alignments, and Phylogenies."

I've taken care that you need to read just 3 files on that WWW site,
and _not_ all the feedback that I've received so far (which was helpful,
but did not address the Object-Oriented Programming issues.)

best wishes,
  georg
