I am looking for someone to develop an interface for a Form on my Web
site (take a peek at http://www.earthcom.com/plform.html or
http://www.earthcom.com/form2.html) with 20 - 40 fields that will send
the information to a DB at a site remote form where the server will be
located. Suggestions as far as DBs are welcome - let us know what you do
best. Also, I think that perl is the simplest to use for this - again
feedback on that is welcome. I would also like an estimate of what
turnaround time you would need and what it is worth to you.

Thank You,
Billy Franchey
